ANTES DE LA MOVILIDAD

  • Solicitud: Plazo de presentación de solicitudes hasta el 31 de marzo de 2023.
  • Resolución: la coordinación Erasmus publicará la resolución provisional a partir del 10 de abril de 2023.
  • Alegaciones: El plazo de presentación de alegaciones finaliza 14 de abril de 2023.
  • Adjudicación definitiva: La resolución definitiva se publica el 22 de abril de 2023.
  • Renuncia: En caso de renuncia debe a la ayuda Erasmus adjudicada deberá presentarse antes del 2 de mayo de 2023.
• Presentación de las Solicitudes: Para poder participar en el programa de movilidad Erasmus+ el alumnado deberá rellenar y enviar la siguiente documentación cumplimentada y firmada a erasmus@esea.es antes del plazo para la entrega de las solicitudes:

  • CV (Currícum Vítae) Europeo. Europass
  • Certificado académico
  • Portfolio académico en formato pdf
  • Carta de motivación
  • Certificado o titulación de nivel académico de idioma extranjero.

BAREMO PARA EL ALUMNADO

Nota media del expediente académico, de todos los créditos superados, a la que se le sumarán los siguientes méritos:

• Nivel de idioma extranjero (hasta 3 puntos)
  • C1 - 3 puntos.
  • B2 - 2 puntos.
  • B1 - 1 punto.
• Portfolio: 5 puntos.
• Carta motivación: 1,5 puntos.
• Curriculum Vitae Europass: 1 punto.

Application process

After being nominated by your school the students have to fill out the required documents and submit the documents to our email.

The required documents are:

• Application form 
• Digital portfolio or website link
• Personal motivation letter
• Learning agreement

Acceptance Letter

Within 30 working days after the application deadline, successful candidates will receive an acceptance letter or email giving details of arrangements for induction and enrollment if appropriate, when to arrive and what to bring. In case of being accepted all application forms must be signed, stamped and sent by the Erasmus Coordinator.

No changes will be allowed on the Learning Agreement after a month of the beginning of the semester.

Academic recognition

Before the study abroad period, you, your school and our school must sign a Learning Agreement for Studies to ensure a transparent and efficient preparation of the exchange abroad. This document sets out the rights and responsibilities of the various parties.

After the study abroad period, our school will provide you and your institution a Transcript of records confirming that the agreed programme has been completed and acknowledge the results.

Your higher education institution must recognize the credits (using ECTS credits or an equivalent system) as agreed in the Learning Agreement before the mobility and count them towards your degree, without any further requirements.

Student life

Osuna is a perfect town to live in and to enjoy, but it is also an ideal place to create, to innovate, to invent and to enjoy nature and ancient ruins. Students come every year to enjoy the sun, the food and the sociable and outgoing character of the people. Osuna is an ancient town in the countryside between Sevilla and Málaga, between two major cities and Mediterranean landscapes.

The artisan tradition in Osuna has a great history, as a result of decades of hard work of great masters.  Ceramics is still carried out in this town and whose main decorative elements are based on sevillian tiles belonging to the 18th century which are used to decorate courtyards and cloisters of convents and monasteries.  Glass work, forging, resin, esparto or cordovan leather works are just a sampling of the mastery of the artisans from Osuna

The whitewashed and monumental streets of Osuna, together with its warm temperatures throughout the year provide us one of the most perfect settings for tasting its typical food in the open air.

Osuna has a rich gastronomy thanks to its variety. Among its confectionery we can highlight its gachas de San Arcadio, las aldeanas and the homemade specialties of the Encarnación, Concepción and San Pedro convents.

The vast and rich natural spots of Osuna, along with the huge cultural heritage, are part of the personality and the appeal of the locality, situated right in the Sevillian countryside. Since the triangular hill where the town is located, it is possible to contemplate the olive groves and the highlands, with soft temperatures the whole year. But, if we had to highlight something peculiar of this town, with its majestic past, that would be its protected spaces and properties, which cover a great part of its territory.

The campus is wider than our school therefore there is a student life atmosphere where different degrees are taught. Although ESEA is an Art School you would have colleagues studying to be a nurse, studying languages, finances, education, sports, physiotherapy …

This diversity is the reason for so many activities, design days, conferences etc…
